    Testimony Time- I attended my first @womanevolve l Testimony Time- I attended my first @womanevolve last week but I almost didn’t go. What started out as a girls trip turned into a solo trip. I felt alone and I didn’t want to go. God reminded me that I may go alone but I won’t be alone. The message I kept hearing was “I know God is going show up big for you and you’re suppose to be in that room”. I can’t even fully describe what we experienced but I’m so glad I was obedient. I witnessed God move in a way I’ve never seen before. I received a much needed breakthrough. I cried, worshipped, prayed, and cried some more. The beautiful part was I wasn’t alone God placed specific people like @sommartheodore @styledbytamranicole in my path. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for being big sisters and holding me down. I’ve been meal prepping for a while but this month I’m focusing on being in a caloric deficit and a high protein diet. The best way to do this is measure, scale, and prep your food. I’m using @myfitnesspal to track everything. I’m new to this journey but I’m learning.
